1. Free Trial Period
MasterAudio offers a free trial for all new accounts. Trial duration varies by plan: Daily (3 hours), Weekly (1 day), Monthly (3 days), Yearly (7 days). During the trial, you have full access to all features with no payment required.
We encourage you to make the most of your trial to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests in the following cases:
- Within 24 hours of a successful payment
- You have used the stem separation feature (Demucs API) fewer than 3 times since subscribing
- The subscription has not been renewed a second time (applies to Daily, Weekly plans)
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the service
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requested more than 24 hours after payment
- Stem separation used more than 3 times
- Personal reasons unrelated to service quality (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.)
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Subscription already auto-renewed (you must cancel before the renewal date)
4. How to Cancel to Avoid Auto-Renewal
To avoid being charged at renewal, you can cancel any time:
- Sign in to MasterAudio at masteraudio.cloud/app
- Click the 👤 Account icon in the header
- Under Subscription, click ✕ Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
After cancelling, you retain access until the current period expires. No further charges will be made.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to sachnoikhoinghiep@gmail.com
- Subject: [REFUND] MasterAudio — [your registered email]
- Include: registered email, payment date, plan purchased, reason for refund request
- We will respond within 1–3 business days
6. Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal). Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or PayPal account.
