By accessing or using the MasterAudio service at masteraudio.cloud, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in and using MasterAudio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
MasterAudio provides an online audio processing platform including:
- Automatic AI audio mastering (EQ, compression, limiting, reverb)
- Vocal and instrumental stem separation using the Demucs AI model
- Vocal Humanizer (doubling, de-esser, Haas effect)
- Studio EQ and effects chain
- Batch processing of multiple files
The service is provided under a recurring subscription model (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly) following a free trial period.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You sign in to MasterAudio via your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when required. Accounts using false or third-party information may be suspended.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the trial period is a violation of these Terms.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
4.1 Plans
Current subscription plans: Daily ($2.99/day), Weekly ($9.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), Yearly ($99.99/year). Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle via PayPal. You may cancel at any time in your account settings.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
5. Content Ownership
5.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all audio files you upload and process on MasterAudio. We claim no rights over your content.
5.2 Permitted Content
You may only process audio files that you have the legal right to use. Processing copyrighted content without authorisation, obscene material, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Our Rights
MasterAudio owns all rights to the software, interface, algorithms, and technology of the platform. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Processing copyrighted audio without the rights holder's permission
- Attempting to crack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent platform security
- Sharing your account with others
- Using bots or scripts to automate service usage
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
- Overloading the system or interfering with other users' service
7. Limitation of Liability
MasterAudio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for:
- Data or audio file loss due to technical failures
- Mastering results that do not meet personal expectations
- Indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the service
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay on time, or use the service in a way that is harmful to the system or other users.
Upon termination, access to the service is revoked immediately. Account data may be deleted after 30 days.
9. Privacy
Audio files you upload for processing are not stored long-term on our servers. Temporary files are automatically deleted after processing completes. Account information (email, name, subscription history) is stored securely on Google Firebase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
